First Friday Free Fantasy

Today I want to send all the fantasy fans over to J. Philip Horne’s website to check out his newest feature: First Friday Free Fantasy! This is a listing of free fantasy books that will be updated every first Friday of the month!

I think this is a GREAT idea. It brings in a lot of traffic to Philip’s site (and what person with a webpage doesn’t want that?) and it helps authors reach new readers. And that duo of goodness is why I’m frantically building a new website dedicated to books: mine and everyone who I can help with features, giveaways, and reviews.

My goal is to have it up and running by next Friday … it’s a goal. Since I’m also packing my house to move by the end of the month … let’s just say it is more a goal to get me working on it than a hideous line not-to-be-crossed. Heck, I’m actually shocked to be managing two posts a week here.

Speaking of which, once the new site is live, most of those promotion posts will be moving other there allowing me to focus more on writing, publishing, and marketing tips. So bear with me a few more posts …

And if you happen to love finding new books or hearing unknown bits about mine, the AWESOME news is you’ll soon have a place to find all that and more. Coming soon …! 😉

I found a link that directed me to this page when I was reading the latest details publicising your posts from your website that I get in my emails from you. I was really drawn to it with keen interest about the subject of the content printed there. The thing you are talking about in this post sounds really good and I might be interested in checking it out as well. Perhaps if I go to the website done by the person you mentioned in this post I might read the fantasy books list and probably follow it as well. I think Phillip’s webpage would be a really awesome page to read. Thank you for mentioning about it as it is opening me up to new things to research information on and read about them. I love this kind of thing so it is really good to see some description about it on this page.
